Parental Contracts – Out of District/New Jersey Regional Day
Parental Contracts (PC) are per diem agreements between the Newark Board of Education and the parent of a Newark student(s) who attend an Out of District School or New Jersey Regional day. This contract would allow the district to reimburse parents whose children would normally be prescribed home to school transportation (busing). At this time, PC benefit is for students who attend an Out of District Schools only.
