Consultation is ongoing throughout the school year. Please participate in the Fall and Spring Nonpublic School Consultations to help design an equitable program that meets the needs of all students residing in Newark. The Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey is mailed to schools in the fall.
The District collects the Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey once every two years, as allowed by federal regulation. SEE BELOW for how to send the survey to Newark Board of Education–Office of Federal Programs and Grants.
- Complete the Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey (PDF) and save the PDF after completing.
- Upload the completed survey to the Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey LINK. Fill out the information and upload the completed PDF of the Family Survey. This must be submitted by November of every year for review.
