The Assistant School Business Administrator of Financial Services provides oversight and management of the financial areas that consist of Accounts Payable, Budget, Fixed Assets, Purchasing and Risk Management to ensure that each Department is accountable, efficient and effective.
Accordingly, the Assistant School Business Administrator requires that each department set standards and goals that are aligned to the District’s Strategic Plan of assuring that resources are reallocated to the schools.
As a result, the Assistant School Business Administrator of Financial Services provides the financial departments with guidance to assure that the financial information is timely and accurate so that the Advisory Board, Executive Staff, parents and stakeholders can make decisions that ensure that the students receive a thorough and efficient education.
