Why is Ms. Williams ringing a bell? Because that’s what Newark Public Schools does when a teacher is hired into the District at a hiring fair. Dr. Yolanda Mendez, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resource Services, and her team held an outstanding Hiring Fair at Science Park High School. Many certified teachers attended, and the bell was rung many times as contingent offers were made and accepted.
