Non-Instructional Evaluations

The NBOE Strategic Plan- The Next Decade, Priority 1 emphasizes the importance of implementing unified and aligned systems across the district. In support of this priority, NPS has developed the Non-Instructional Employee Evaluations Guidebook as a resource to help ensure that all staff members, regardless of position, can effectively use the Grow by Level Data platform as the centralized system for observations and evaluations. The guidebook outlines the evaluation process, requirements, recommendations, and performance criteria applicable to non-instructional employees.
