| Autism | The preschool, elementary, and autism program has a primary objective of preparing students with autism and related disabilities to reach their potential and function as independently as possible in a variety of settings. The autism program serves students who may need discrete trial training, sensory integration strategies, and visual systems to address academic, social skills, communication strategies and skill maintenance. | K-12 |
| Auditory Impairment | The auditory impaired program serves students who are deaf/hard of hearing with certified teachers and interpreters. Our program uses an ASL/English bilingual approach for students. Our objective is to provide individualized access to the curriculum and targeted instruction to all students with consideration given to student communication and language modality. | K-12 |
| Emotional Regulation Impairment | This program serves students with significant behavioral and emotional needs. It is designed to support students who require explicit instruction in the application of behavior modification strategies, deficits in interpersonal skills, and coping strategies. A highly structured and specialized learning environment with clear implementation of behavior and classroom management strategies and support is utilized. | K-12 |
| Intellectual Disability-Mild | This program serves students in need of modified academic instruction and activities of daily living skills (ADL), vocational opportunities and independent living skills due to mild intellectual disabilities. | K-12 |
| Intellectual Disability-Moderate | This program serves students in need of modified academic instruction, activities of daily living (ADL), vocational opportunities, independent living and community-based instruction due to moderate intellectual disabilities. | K-12 |
| Learning Disabilities Mild to Moderate | This program serves students of average or above average cognitive abilities for whom learning is challenging in the area (s) of literacy, math and executive functioning. Students receive individualized instruction in a large and small group class. | K-12 |
| Learning Disabilities Severe | This program serves students of average to low average cognitive abilities who are performing significantly below grade level in the content areas. Students receive individualized instruction in a class with a lower student-teacher ratio. who are performing significantly below grade level. | K-12 |
| Multiple Disabilities | Serves students with various disabilities who may have academic, medical, and cognitive deficits. Students receive individualized instruction in a lower student-teacher ratio. This program services students with both complex academic and medical profiles. Some students have medically complex profiles. Use of assistive technology devices are needed to develop communication skills. Functional life skills are taught including dressing, feeding, toileting and social skills. | K-12 |
| Preschool Disabilities | This program serves preschool children with developmental delays, autism, auditory impairment and medically complex in a variety of settings including general education preschool programs in preschool collaborative sites, in-district general education classes and self-contained programs. For these classrooms, teachers use a play-based learning approach and more systematic teaching approaches. This may include incidental, direct, and discrete trial teaching. Children in separate classrooms may have opportunities for inclusion time in our integrated classrooms based on team recommendations. | Pre-K |
