Sir Isaac Newton partners with Newark Museum for a Science Fair!

Parent and Families are invited to a spectacular session!

Project Lead The Way provides transformative learning experiences for PreK- Grade 2 students. We create an engaging, hands-on classroom environment and empower students to develop in-demand knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

  • Animals and Habitats: Students become Super Animal Sleuths by investigating different types of animals to discover what makes them unique. Students explore the habitats in which these animals live and learn why adaptations are important.
  • All About the Moon: Children explore our Moon and what makes it special through storytelling and observations. A hands-on component using deeper looking to search for patterns and shapes on the Moon concludes the experience.
  • Planetarium: Students learn how to navigate the sky through stars and constellations. They will be asked trivia questions, take polls and have many opportunities for asking the Museum Astronomer questions.
  • Session for scholars: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Session for Parents and Families: 4:00 pm
