What is a School Improvement Panel (ScIP)?
School Improvement Panels are collaborative groups typically composed of teachers, administrators, and sometimes students, who work together to identify areas where a school can improve. Their goal is to develop and implement strategies that enhance student learning, school climate, and overall educational outcomes. These panels review data, gather input from the school community, and recommend actionable plans to support continuous school growth and success.
