Registration Information

Returning students:  three (3) proofs of address.

New students: three (3) proofs of address, letter from the enrollment center, a copy of birth certificate and immunization record.

Grade Pre-K - 5

Black polo shirt (boys and girls) with school logo on brown khaki pants, skirt/skort. With black shoes/sneakers.

Grade 6 - 8

White polo/dress shirt (boys and girls) with school logo on brown khaki pants, skirt/skort. With black shoes/sneakers.

Note:

In previous years, our school has provided breakfast  before school. This school year, the district has required that we serve breakfast in the classroom. In order to comply with this requirement, the school doors will open for students in grades Pre-K-8 at 8:25am. School will no longer open at 7:50am for breakfast.
