The Transition Fair is for all students with an IEP (not just high school).  The fair aims to increase awareness among parents, guardians, staff, and students alike that transition occurs as early as 10 years of age.  The resources and information available at the fair will be helpful to all involved with students to support them as they transition through school and after high school.
