Amy Panitch
Principal
Amy Panitch earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Montclair State University. She began her career at Franklin School in Newark, teaching third and fourth grades and serving as a teacher coach. After completing a second master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Montclair State, Amy was promoted to Vice Principal and later appointed Principal of Franklin School. After 20 years in education, she was promoted to Principal of Park Elementary, where she continues to lead with dedication and expertise.

Ms. Susette Martins
Vice Principal 3rd- 5th Grade
Ms. Susete Martins earned her Bachelor’s in Arts and Science from Rutgers University in 2004 and began her career teaching 5th grade at Luis Muñoz Marín School. She joined Park Elementary when it opened in 2009 as the 8th‑grade math teacher and was promoted to Math Coach in 2013. After completing her Master’s in Educational Leadership at Kean University in 2019, Susette became Vice Principal at Park Elementary, a role she continues to serve today.
