The School Leadership Council (SLC) is a diverse, goal‑driven team that reflects the broader school community. Charged with strengthening our school, the SLC develops and implements a comprehensive plan centered on student success. Membership includes the principal, instructional and support staff, parents/guardians, and community partners.

The SLC advises school administration on key instructional, budgetary, and personnel matters. Working alongside the principal, members evaluate and enhance the school’s instructional culture. As a collaborative, cooperative, and decision making body, the SLC is dedicated to improving teaching and learning at East Side High School.
