The interscholastic Athletic program is committed to mentoring all student-athletes and enriching their intellectual, spiritual, physical growth and development. The program offers student athletes the opportunity to develop self-discipline and sportsmanship. The Department of Athletics, student athletes and coaches will strive to be an integral part of the Newark Community and significant contributors to the Newark Public Schools atmosphere of learning.
