Dear Belmont Runyon Families,
Welcome back to a brand-new year at Belmont Runyon School!
I am your new principal Michael F. Dixon, and I hope your summer was filled with joy, rest, and memorable moments with family and friends. Whether you’re returning to us or joining our awesome LION community for the very first time, we are thrilled to welcome you. Each school year is a fresh start, a chance to grow, achieve, and embrace new challenges. What happened last year? Well, that’s history! Now is the time to reset, refocus, and rise to the occasion. Take this opportunity to set a new goal, join a club, or reach out to someone new. LET’S MAKE THIS YEAR UNFORGETTABLE TOGETHER!
This year, our theme is “NO EXCUSES,” a rallying call to get the job done, through dedication and perseverance. Our goal is to build a vibrant community of high-achieving scholars and compassionate leaders, students who do the right thing, even when no one is watching. And it all starts with showing up: ON TIME, EVERY DAY, and READY TO LEARN!
Summer Reading
Let’s ensure your child has the proper start returning to school this year. Students in Grades Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 are to read the book selected for their rising grade level and complete the three activities listed.
