Congratulations to Hassane, Anabhayan, and Immanuel for winning Mentor Newark’s Peer Mentoring Award at the first Mentor Newark Awards on Friday, May 19, 2023. Special thanks to Professor Cetoute for all of his hard work as well.
On Saturday, May 13th at noon, the Class of 2024 hosted a Mother’s Day Luncheon. Tickets included a buffet and a show performed by our BHSEC student dancers. This fundraiser was used to help defray senior expenses (i.e., graduation and prom venues, senior trip, caps & gowns, yearbooks, etc.). The day was filled with love and celebration for all mothers and those who have mothered us.

Congrats to the Bard Track team for taking 3rd place on the Varsity Girls Distance Medley Relay Finals at the NJ Relays on April 22, 2023! Go Raptors!

Congratulations to our Bard softball team who plays under Technology High School. On May 5, 2023, the team defeated 6 time defending champions East Side High School to win the Newark City championship.
