After earning a Bachelor’s in English from Kean University and a Master’s in Administration and Supervision, Mrs. Pereira-Ducon was inspired by her mother, a devoted educator, to pursue a career in teaching and leadership. Mrs. Pereira-Ducon’s experience in both the classroom and leadership roles has equipped her with the skills to foster inclusive, positive learning environments.
