Emotional Legacy Builder’s Academy – Parenting Edition (4 Session Series)

In this 4-part course, we will meet monthly with the founder of The Dignity Effect, Nya Abernathy. Utilizing the signature Emotional Legacy Framework, we will explore the five anchoring elements of creating relational well-being within the context of parenting. If you are brand new to social emotional learning or you are familiar and ready for more, join us! We’ll gain tools and practices to create a healthy emotional legacy and build a supportive community to outlive the duration of this course. Equipping you with language and a plan to move forward in your specific parenting context, at the end of this course you will be ready with embodied practices that meet your unique needs to move toward greater relational well-being as a parent.
