By June 2014, Administration will provide tailored feedback and coaching for 100% of the instructional staff based upon documentation form IDPD’s, Partial Period Observations, Mid-Year Reviews and Formal Observations.

Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction: Effectively uses curriculum and assessment tools to advance Common Core aligned instruction.
By June 2014,3rd, 4th and 5th grade teachers will be able to review student work and assessment data to inform instruction.

Students and Family Support: Supports students’ academic, social and emotional growth.
By June 2014, the school will have offered 4 opportunities to engage the families to support students’ academic, social and emotional growth.

Transformational Leadership: Maintains relentless focus on improving student outcomes through planning, relationships and personal responsibility.
By June 2014, kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade teachers will be able to review student work and data to inform instruction by administering quarterly assessments.
Goal #5
Organizational Leadership: Implements systems and processes to effectively manage operations.
By June 2014, the administration will compose a quarterly data report to share with all stakeholders, highlighting attendance and ANET Quarterly Assessments along with ELA milestones report.
