Dear Parents/Guardians:

Friday, February 6, 2015 is Give Kids a Smile day in NJ, the single largest day of FREE dental care for children ages 12 and younger in the state. The Program is designed to help children whose families may otherwise be unable to afford dental treatment.

Parents may make an appointment at the location of their choice using the attached list for participating dentists. There is no cost to the family.

Appointments fill quickly-don’t delay.
