NEA’s (National Education Association) Read Across America Day is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2—Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers participate by bringing together kids, teens, and books.
Ms. Cardia's PreK class celebrated this glorious event by reading the classic, "Green Eggs and Ham." They also had further fun by wearing pajamas and actually preparing green eggs and ham! Please check out the pictures below. For more ideas and to participate in fun Dr. Seuss activities, please click on the cat up top.
