Coding, or programming, is the universal language of the 21st Century. In a world that will continue to innovate and evolve at a pace our minds can barely grasp, our most important responsibility should be to prepare our children to compete for a place in it. Teaching your students to code with the Scratch programming language will put them on the right path. While creating fun stories, animations, and games, Scratch will teach your students how to reason systematically, problem-solve, and work collaboratively – skills that are important in our global economy.
If you are interested in introducing your students to Scratch, please don’t miss this exciting and “interactive” presentation. The workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of Scratch, as well as App development 101.
