The Office of Early Childhood invites all Pre-K students and their families to visit the Pop Up Enrollment Sites between July 11th – August 11th.

REQUIRED ITEMS FOR ALL
- Government Issued ID
- 3 Proofs of Newark Residency
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Current Physical Form
- Custody Paperwork(If person is not listed on Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Income(*Head Start Program Requirement)
- Child must be 3 or 4 by October 1, 2016
