Please ensure your paperwork is dropped off at the Nutrition Office (230 Broadway) or handed to your Program Monitor if your site is assigned one.  Inter-office mail should be a last resort.  Please contact your Nutrition Specialist directly if you send paperwork inter-office mail.  Always KEEP A COPY of your documents for yourself.


  1. Any meal changes (increases/decreases/cancellations) need to be made 72 hours in advance
  2. Monthly paperwork MUST include signed delivery slips.  Please ensure these are being signed daily.  The person signing the slips should be ensuring the delivery is correct.
  3. If a delivery is late, incorrect, or there is any issue, contact your Nutrition Specialist immediately.
  4. Menu(s) are posted on the ELT Website.  Please ensure it is posted at your school.

The Student Center is open to receive your paperwork during the following hours: 8:30am – 7:00pm.
