Welcome to room 202! In our classroom our youngest learners are provided with a safe and warm learning environment where they can play and grow. We support our scholars as they are developing their social-emotional, physical, cognitive, language, literacy, math, social studies, science, technology and creative arts skills. We provide our shining stars with a print and math rich environment, materials to explore by using their imagination and creativity, and opportunities to use their critical thinking skills to answer questions and solve problems. In our classroom we learn through singing, dancing, playing, reading, writing, drawing, counting, problem solving and exploring. Making friends, sharing, taking turns, investigating, expressing and responding to feelings are skills also taught in our classroom. We are preparing our youngest learners to be successful lifelong learners in room 202.
