The Office of Benefit Services processes health/fringe benefit enrollments, changes and terminations for all full-time union affiliated and non-union affiliated employees excluding Per Diems. The department also ensures timely enrollment in the retirement systems, tax sheltered annuity programs, voluntary life and disability insurances, remittance of payroll deductions and payment of health benefit invoice.

The Office of Benefit Services has a website with a wealth of information. HRconnection is a one-stop shop for plan summaries, health and fringe benefit plans, premium rates, and other important information. For security reasons a Guest Key Passcode is required to log onto the website. Please email benefits@nullnps.k12.nj.us from your district email account to request that passcode.

Medical Icon Benefits Enrollment Website

The Office of Benefit Services has a secure website to complete your benefits enrollment, enrolling onto medical, prescription, dental, and/or vision coverage during Open Enrollment, returning from a leave, or within 60 days from a life event. A life event, also known as a qualifying event, is a family status change (for example, birth of child, adoption, marriage, divorce, etc.). Please visit your Benefits Enrollment website at www.NBOEbenefits.com signing in using your school credentials. Please email benefits@nullnps.k12.nj.us if you have any questions.
