In it’s 42nd year, the Cal High School Speech and Debate 2015 Invitational will be hosted at the University of California @ Berkeley from February 14 – 16. This tournament is a TOC qualifier at the octofinal level in Lincoln Douglas, Public Forum and Policy Debate and at the semi-final level in Congressional Debate, a maximum point qualifier for the NDCA Championships, and a qualifying bid tournament for the NIETOC.
