The application for the Princeton University Summer Journalism Program (PSJP) is now live!
What: PSJP an all-expenses-paid journalism and college preparation program held at Princeton University for high school juniors from low-income backgrounds. Students learn reporting skills from celebrated journalists, report and write their own newspaper, and are paired with a counselor who oversees their college admissions process during their senior year.
Who: Current high school juniors living in the United States with an unweighted GPA of 3.5/4.0, who have an interest in journalism. The custodial parent(s)/guardian(s)’ combined income (including child support received) must not exceed $45,000 annually (all criteria must be met).
Program Dates: Fri, Aug 3 – Mon, Aug 13, 2018
Cost: FREE! All program costs, including meals, housing, and transportation to and from campus, are covered by the program.
