The Einstein Dreamers' Research Project has performed biological research on current issues such as countermeasures against invasive species, obesity link to the Bisphenol family, the amount of plant life needed to equalize the effect of cigarettes, and currently, the affect of Newark's polluted waters measured using bio-indicators. Upon joining the Project, students will be trained by Dr. Agapito, a Bard High School Early College biology professor who has performed research at Saint Peter's University. Students can learn how to use equipment like pipettes and autoclaves and lab techniques such as creating mediums for E. Coli OP50 to feed C. Elegans. After months of research, students can present their findings at the New Jersey Academy of Science and even publish their research at the "Bulletin" Journal.
