Congratulations to Dr. Puicon! Not only has she graduated with her Ph.D. in History from Rutgers University, she has also received the Excellence in Outreach and Service award for her work with Bard High School Early College Newark. This award recognizes graduate students who made a significant contribution to organizations outside of Rutgers.
