Tools for Schools

Please see links below to learn more about Tools 4 Schools which is a free store for the school liaison and full-time certified teachers with a classroom. No Physical Education teachers are allowed so please specify Health while completing the registration.

Please refer to page 8, to see more information about the eligibility.

  • Teachers are allowed to shop 2x a year; 1x each semester for 30 minutes.
  • Once you register, you will be allowed to select a day and time. Please be on time. If not, time will be reduced.
  • If you’ve registered in the past and may have forgotten your user name and password, select Existing teacher registration and click on the help button to obtain password and update your information.
  • If you schedule an appointment that you are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel before 24 hours of your appointment. If not, the system will forfeit your shopping privilege for the next semester.
  • No open shoes are allowed. (just as an fyi, if you accidently forget to wear closed toe shoes; community shoes/crocs will be available)
  • The Resource Center/shopping area closes by 5pm and 6pm on Tuesdays. Saturdays are available once a month.
  • The attached shopping list is subject to change being that the program is based on donations made from the Kids in need Foundation. It can be a hit or miss.
  • If you need something/supplies in particular that are not available during your visit, please mention to the coordinator.
  • At this time, you are only allowed 1 pack of copy paper. L
  • Once you schedule your visit, you should receive a confirmation. Sometimes you will receive a confirmation and sometimes not but if you are allowed to schedule an appointment all should be good.
  • It would be helpful to have an empty trunk and boxes or crates so that you can load your cart full of school supplies after your shopping.
  • Please call the FoodBank during inclement weather.
  • We’ve already completed the agreement, sent the teacher roster and I actually attended the Orientation yesterday; so you can begin to schedule your appointments to start shopping!!
  • We encourage all of our eligible teachers to register as this is a great way to get free classroom supplies that may be needed.
