Welcome! As principal, I am honored and excited to begin my journey at BRICK Peshine Renew School. My vision for BRICK Peshine Renew School considers ongoing improvements in three essential areas: curriculum, communication, and school culture. Prior to the opening of school, staff members worked in collaborative teams to integrate strategies for improving scholars’ academic and behavioral success. Thank you all. Staff members that exemplify excellence, diligence, and commitment will be the catalyst that will usher our scholars to greatness. Here at BRICK Peshine Renew School, we value hard work and commitment from the entire community. This means the school, staff, scholars, administration, parents and families. Only together can we begin to prepare our scholars for the challenges that lie ahead of them.
This upcoming year is full of many fantastic plans to both engage and challenge our scholars. Our ultimate mission is to ensure that our scholars are lifetime learners, college ready, and productive citizens of this great country.
One of the best ways each school community member can help is by reviewing this handbook diligently. Familiarize yourselves with the contents in this planner. It contains important information that will help staff and scholars understand the expectations of academic success and positive behaviors in our school. It also contains school and district policies and procedures to best support and serve its scholars.
I charge all staff to engage scholars in work that is challenging and tied to rigorous standards, while encouraging scholars to take ownership of their learning and responsibility for upholding a positive school climate.
