The Office of Benefit Services processes health/fringe benefit enrollments, changes and terminations for all full-time union affiliated and non-union affiliated employees excluding Per Diems. The department also ensures timely enrollment in the retirement systems, tax sheltered annuity programs, voluntary life and disability insurances, remittance of payroll deductions and payment of health benefit invoices.
