EdReflect Password Reset

If you enter your email address and password and get the following error message, “The email you entered does not belong to any account. Please make sure you are using an email address registered with EdReflect”, you will need to have your administrator submit a Network Account Request Form and request EdReflect access for you.

If you enter your email address and password and get the following error message, “The password you entered is incorrect. Please try again (and make sure your caps lock is off)”, please perform the following steps.

Please enter your email address (nnnnnnn@nullnps.k12.nj.us) and then click on the “Don’t know your password?” link.

Next you should click on the Blue “Reset password” button.

An email will be sent to your email account with a link which when you click on it will open a screen where you can type in a new password.   Please note that this password will not change so you will need to remember it or you will have to go through these steps again.
