The following list is of all items included in Senior Class Dues. There are no omissions or substitutions. Items are not a la carte. You may NOT pick and choose items you want. It is a complete package.

April 11th at 4:00pm- Bard High School Early College
Note: Those students who have paid their senior class dues in full by April 6th will participate in the Ring Ceremony. During this time students are publically “gifted” with their rings with a ceremonial start toward the culmination of their final high school year. Light refreshments will be provided. Guests are openly welcomed.
Fashion Show Fundraiser

Blaze Pizza Fundraiser
April 20th at 4:00-8:00pm at 691 Broad Street, Newark
Note: Arrive at Blaze with a flyer printed at the school and make a purchase. Senior class will receive 50% of proceeds during the timeframe above.

Senior Class Prom
May 31st at 7:00p,-12:00am – Richfield Regency 420 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona
Note: Parents are asked to refrain from entering the venue. School personnel will chaperone event. Parents are welcome to take pictures outside the venue
June 12th 7:00am-1:00pm- United Palace Theater 4140 Broadway, New York
Note: Students will be bussed to the rehearsal location from BHSEC. Only those students who are receiving their AA degree will participate in the rehearsal. Students who do not arrive to school on time for bussing will be expected to attend a full day of school.
High School Graduation
June 14th 6:00pm – Rutgers’ Paul Robeson Center 350 Martin Luther King Blvd, Newark
Note: Students should arrive to the graduation venue at 5:00pm for procession. Ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. You will be asked to keep balloons at waist height and may also be asked to sit in the rear if you are bringing them. Seats will only be held until 5:30pm. Ticketed entry only. Students will receive 6 tickets for this ceremony
Last Day of School
June 18th 1:00pm Dismissal
June 19th 10:00am- United Palace Theater 4140 Broadway, New York
Note: Balloons, food and drink are not allowed into this venue. Street parking is available and lot parking is in walking distance. Students will receive 10 tickets for this ceremony
